At Hestan Culinary, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our cookware and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, you may return your unused items within 45 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid UPS shipping label and a return authorization slip to include in your package.

• 3.
  Pack Securely

  Place the unused cookware in its original Hestan packaging and ensure it is securely taped to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
